Name: Alice Liveing
Formerly known as Clean Eating Alice, Alice Liveing is more than just your standard personal trainer.
A former junk food addict, years of bad skin, constant fatigue, and just feeling uncomfortable about her own body had taken its toll – so she decided to transform her diet, which would in turn transform her life.
Originally from Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, Liveing noticed that changing what she ate for breakfast had a dramatic impact on her weight and general wellbeing.
In order to take stock of what exactly she was putting into her body, Liveing would upload pictures of all of her meals to Instagram.
To compliment this new found diet, which she refereed to as ‘clean eating’, Liveing joined a gym and began adhering to LDN Muscle’s Bikini Guide.
Dropping two dress sizes from a 12 to an eight, Liveing’s success wasn’t going unnoticed, as at the height of the gym-craze, hundreds of thousands of fellow fitness fanatics were following her every meal and workout.
Now boasting an impressive figure of over 636,000 followers on Instagram, the qualified personal trainer and nutritionist’s success isn’t just confined to the gym mat or photo feed.
A published author with three bestsellers, the 24-year-old entrepreneur’s debut book, The Body Bible, outsold the likes of Mary Berry, Deliciously Ella and Jamie Oliver.
While a recent collaboration with Primark has also seen Liveing become the face, and body, of the retail giant’s new range of gym attire.
Not all plain sailing however, Liveing has also spoken about the difficulties of being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) – and writes regularly for number of women’s health magazines.
Liveing ditched the Clean Eating moniker back in July 2017 after she went through a personal re-brand – reverting back to her birth name to “start a new chapter” in her career.
And, if the second chapter is anything like the first, we can’t wait to start reading.
